College 830 Residents enjoy high-end finishes throughout, and large appliances included in units.

Yes! College 830 offers reserved covered and uncovered parking options for an additional monthly fee.

Yes! College 830 is committed to bike-friendly living. Bike parking is available for residents.

Rent includes water, trash, and sewer. Residents are responsible for gas (flat $30 monthly fee per unit) and electric, cable and internet.

Our rental rates change frequently so please call our leasing office for the latest pricing.

Each resident will have access to submit work orders online, by calling our office, or via email. We do our best to take care of every issue within 24 hours or less.

You can use the following link or phone number to acquire an instantly approved insurance policy which Assurant will provide to the Landlord within just a few minutes! You also have the option of shopping for a policy your choice. Limits must meet what’s in your lease, and the Landlord and Brinkman Real Estate Management need to be added as additional insureds on your policy. If you follow the link below all of that information will be auto-generated! Proof of renter’s insurance will be required prior to being issued keys to your unit.
